David's inspection process takes on an average approximately 2-1/2 to 3 hours to complete pending the size and condition of the home. During that time his clients, do not have to take any notes or memorize any information. Every detail of the inspection process gets documented in the reporting software which is performed on a tablet PC and the final report will be emailed the same day.

In addition to the inspection process, typical home maintenance issues are also addressed, along with any safety hazards, as well as the average life expectancy of the major components (i.e., roof, furnace, A/C, water heater) of the home.
