David C. Ward is the Owner and President of Quality Assurance Home Inspections, Inc. David is a full time inspector licensed by the State of Illinois (License #450.000581) performing approximately 500 inspections annually in the Chicagoland area. David is a thorough professional who has an eye for detail and will personally perform your inspection.

David's inspection process takes on an average approximately 2-1/2 to 3 hours to complete pending the size and condition of the home. During that time his clients, do not have to take any notes or memorize any information. Every detail of the inspection process gets documented in the reporting software which is performed on a tablet PC and printed on site at the time of inspection.

Once the inspection process is completed the client is provided with their original report/binder in addition to a FREE Home Maintenance Manual. Additional copies of the report will also be provided via email to the client, Realtor, and Attorney involved in the real estate transaction.

In addition to the inspection process, typical home maintenance issues are also addressed, along with any safety hazards, as well as the average life expectancy of the major components (i.e., roof, furnace, A/C, water heater) of the home. Digital photos are also included in every home inspection report.
